G.S.Flexibles is a manufacturing unit located at Faridabad (Haryana), 30 Km.s from New Delhi-India. It was established in 1991-with an objective to manufacture high quality Flexible Conduits, Interlock Hose, Hydraulic Hose Fittings and many more.With due humility, we owe our success to our customers. Presently we manufacture products in following categories
1. Interlock Hose, Stainless Steel Flexible Hose & Expansion Bellows
Interlocked Hose, Stainless Steel Flexible Hose, Corrugated Hose & Expansion Bellows are used for transmission of fluid at high temperature and/or pressure. Typical applications include Generator Exhaust, Tar & Asphalt Hose. We provide complete Hose Assemblies. Also manufacture separates viz. Hose, Fittings & Flanges.

2. Stainless Steel & Metal Flexible Conduits
We manufacture SS Flexible Conduits for Process Measurement & Control Industry. Typical Applications include SS Flexi-armour for capillaries in Temperature Sensors & Pressure Gauges. Metal (Steel or alluminium) Flexible Conduits are used for less critical applications like wiring and control panels.

3. SS Instrumentation Tube Fittings
We manufacture high quality Stainless Steel Instrumentation Fittings- Nut, Union, Bushings, Adaptors and Cross.

4. Hydraulic Hose Fittings
We manufacture Hydraulic Hose Fittings to suit most of the popular Hose Brands like Gates, Parker, Aeroquip etc. We also provide complete Hose Assembly for R2 & Multi-Spiral (4SP, 4SH, 6SP) hoses.

All the fittings are manufactured to a very high precision on latest CNC Turning and Machining Centers.

Mr. Gaurav Garg has a meritorious educational background. He bagged 1st Division with Roll of Honors in Bachelor of Engg-Electronics n Electrical Communication. Before joining G.S. Flexibles, he was working with US company as Quality Engineer.

In his 14 years of association with G.S. Flexibles, he has done commendable work on :

1) Quality: Defining roadmap for continuous improvement in Quality of manufactured products. Eventually bringing them at par with global standards.
2) Production: Increase in productivity and cost efficiency.

About The Company

G.S.Flexibles is a global engineering and manufacturing company. We manufacture a wide range of engineering products in Hose & Tubing industry.

Our key products lines include - Interlocked Hose, Stainless Steel Flexible Conduit, Wiring Conduit, SS Corrugated Hose, Expansion Bellows and Instrumentation Fittings. Recently we have also started Hydraulic Hose Fittings on latest CNC Machines.

1991
We started manufacturing Metal Hose- Interlocked Hose and Stainless Steel Hose. Within a short span, we became the most preferred vendors for Strip-wound Interlocked Hose, SS Corrugated Hose, Expansion Bellows and their assemblies.

1993
We started manufacturing SS Flexible Conduits for Process Controls and Instrumentation Industry. Subsequently we also started high precision Instrumentation Tubing Fittings on CNC machines. Our customers include almost all the major Temperature Sensor manufacturers - Abb, Wika , Aschroft, Baumer & Marshall Group to name a few.

1995
Development and production of High Quality Metal Flexible Conduit- within a target cost. It still continues to be favorite choice for protection of wiring in industrial projects and electrical panels. It addresses all the issues of commercial metal flexible conduits.

Mid 2000s
We developed very high quality SS Flexible Cord & Telephone Handset for Coin Payphones in India. Within a short span, we provided Telephone Handset Sub-assembly for almost 3~4 million Coin Payphones in India.

2011
Diversification into Hydraulics and Pneumatics industry. We started with High precision Hydraulic Fittings and Adaptors on CNC Machines. We are OEM supplier to some of the most reputed Indian Hydraulic Hose Manufacturers.
